Lotus 1145 Residential Plot

Dholera Lotus 1145 Residential Plot is one of the most ambitious infrastructural projects. The 920 square meter development project is being carried out at a highly suitable location about 22.5 kilometers away. People from India and other countries are investing in residential plots in Dholera, despite the fact that the majority of the land in the area is privately owned and will be purchased gradually. The state owns a share of the property and provides it as equity capital.

In the Dholera Smart City project, we provide a variety of assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial. We sought to raise awareness about this dream project and allow everyone to benefit from their contribution.

Central Spine Road (SH 6)

The Gujarat State Road Development Corporation Limited (GSRDC) is creating an access controlled expressway between Ahmedabad and DSIR to serve as Dholera's central spine road. The projected route would act as the core spine connecting Ahmedabad and Dholera. It has been agreed that the road will initially be four lanes with a six-lane structure. It may be subject to access controls.

The route is intended to connect Ahmedabad with Dholera Smart City and the ports of Bhavnagar. The new industry cluster that will be created along the spine is expected to profit significantly from central connection. It will also serve as a stimulus for other regional developments, particularly those involving SIR.This is also included in the master plan presented to the central government for DMIC road connectivity. This has been approved by the central government.

DHOLERA METRO TRAIN (MRTS).

In Metro rail, the route between Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad-Dholera Smart City would be covered in two trenches: Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to Dholera. It is approximately 100 kilometers long and is designed as an elevated metro. This will enable faster movement and is much more vital for the new international airport. The project has a longer gestation period and must be completed promptly. The central government has also approved the metro as part of the DMIC master plan.

During his visit to Gandhinagar, the secretary of DIPP discussed the possibility of building a high-speed rail corridor along this route. It is connected to the pre-feasibility study being conducted by the Ministry of Railways for the Pune-Mumbai-Ahmedbad high-speed rail network. The Gujarat government has asked the MoR to look into the potential of extending it to Dholera Lotus 1145 by Smart City via GIFT near Gandhinagar.

Meanwhile, GIDB has entrusted study work to IL&FS for Metro rail. In fact, on August 29, 2008, GIDB reappointed IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation to provide project consulting services for the Ahmedabad Metro project, with the scope of services leading to the selection of a concessionaire. Again, on September 1st, 2008.GIDB has hired Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for consulting services on the Detailed Project Report for the Ahmedabad Metro Extension from Gandhinagar to GIFT City.
